I got bonbites to try everything first because I know the portions are pretty big so I just got a box of bonbites, they looked and tastes raw before AND after I heated them up (I wanted to know if there'd be a difference). The 10in cake that I ordered for my nephew's bday arrived frozen (like there were literally ice in the frosting). I wasn't upset that I accidentally spent $60 on a frozen cake that I could have gotten for $15 at Giant; I was upset for their lack of accountability and remorse. Instead, they said that they will write that it's frozen on the cake (which you will only see after it gets paid and delivered). Note: it would be better if you let your consumers know prior to the purchase that the quality is crap. Terrible cake but even worse customer service!"
