"I have had nothing but bad experiences with this cafe. This review will be kind of long.
Today I decided to give them another shot but I was met with bland tasting items. I tried the seasonal mango matcha and I don't know if it was because I changed out the coconut milk for oat milk but it was sour, had little to no matcha flavor, and didn't have any sweetener. I also got the signature burrito as the picture made it look beautifully browned and with good portion however what I received was unseasoned, small, and not browned at all which was severely disappointing.
A year ago I was in there and got 2 drinks since the menu was intriguing to me and both of them were awful along with a barista who completely ignored us, she wouldn't even look at us and overall I believe she should not be working in customer service as server myself. The matcha wasn't properly mixed so it had many clumps of the powder in the bottom of the cup and the latte I ordered tasted like the coffee was old, the oat milk was separating which i have seen many times before but not to that extent, I ended up drinking half and tossing the rest as it was making me feel sick.
I am sorry but I will not be coming back again, I have been consistently disappointed. "

The no bake cookies were good, but portion size was definitely not worth the price. The croissant ham and swiss sandwich was OK. Not much in terms of look or quality. The taste was OK. The croissant was very soggy and wet. Way too much mayo. And only two thin slices of meat. Again for the price, I'm glad I paid and got a discount. Overall, I give this restaurant a solid B- in taste, portion, quality, freshness, and price. I'm glad I tried it and will definitely do the cinnamon rolls again. They were pretty spectacular.
