Staff was apologetic, which I do respect and we were given a free soda as an apology. They were understaffed and unorganized. The food was yummy and we had no complaints there. "This "meal" was $12. It came with two tiny over cooked chicken strips and burnt toast. The ordering option made you choose between "mini" for no extra charge or "large" for extra charge. I figured the default option was probably sufficient since it was $12.00. If the two chicken strips were larger it might have been worth it but this is absolutely a rip off.
Also, the burgers do not come with any sides. No fries or tots. The second picture is our order that was almost $40.00. I get that there are fees and delivery tip, but even taking that away, this is pitiful."
"I ordered a rodeo burger without tomato, and got the tomato anyway. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Burger Stop and they have disregarded special instructions for my burgers. Other than the tomato (which I picked off) the food tasted good. I'm not a fan that they don't seal the bag up somehow, for food deliveries, so you have no idea if your order was tampered with. I also ordered biscuits and gravy, which they were out of, or maybe didn't have but was on the menu. For the price of the food, getting the order wrong, and the bag of food not being sealed, I won't order from Burger Stop again."

The toppings were fresh and good quality. The cannoli was super tiny and very average tasting. I wouldn't waste your money on a cannoli. DoorDash gave me my money back for the missing ham. I would order again from Lucy's just to try some other menu items. Overall experience was a 7 out of a 10 because of how good the pizza was. Definitely better than any chain pizza."
