It's not that it's bad, it's that there's - arguably, not egregiously - too much butter and not enough meat; the sauce is only really on one half of the bread, and they added pickles even though you'd requested they leave them off.
It will be a supremely 2.5 star experience. But here's the thing: There will be another night where I'm craving a greasy, toasted, meat-filled sandwich, and I will order from here again.

The Lavender Lemonade (Sweet) is amazing! Not overly sugary! Well balanced! Wish it came with larger size options but I'd buy 2 next time for sure!
The loaded Chicken Chili was good, maybe a bit heavy on the cheese but it was nice having the avocado and sour cream mixed in as well! The heavy cheese does make it slightly more salty but still yummy!
I loved the Buddha Bowl and added the grilled chicken! It was so well cooked and juicy chicken. I never had quinoa before and it's an odd texture but there are so many great flavors in the bowl I forgot all about never having quinoa before this!

My Toasted Bagel had a ton of Whipped cream cheese *was so excited for that* in its own little container neatly placed. My Yogurt Parfait was made with so much care, it was so neat, fruit delicately placed on top AND granola on the side! No other place has done that around here! Because no one wants soggy granola. "I’m not entirely sure what has changed recently, but I’ve noticed that the portions of meat have become quite minimal.
The food itself is genuinely excellent, flavorful and well prepared, but when ordering something like a family combo, it’s difficult to justify the cost when it feels like the meal is mostly rice with very little protein. A better balance across all portion sizes, small, large, and family, would make a significant difference.
