"They're really good and fast usually. When I ordered last they had messed up my order. I ordered the plate with all the different breakfast foods besides hotcakes . I asked for my grits to be replaced with a Butt erd Biscuituit and they didn't they still gave me grits. I absolutely hate grits with a passion so I was honestly disgusted and some of the grits even transferred into my gravy a bit ): but I was able to get it sorted out on doordash but I'm upset that I had to order more biscuits.
Still this was a one time instance and every other time I've had an issue jacks would get on it and make sure it was fixed.
I would order again for sure even though they made a simple mistake."
