The combination of real chocolate ice cream, triple chocolate brownies, Ghirardelli® chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and mini chocolate chips made it an indulgent treat. However, the sweetness was a bit overwhelming. Reducing the sugar slightly while preserving the rich chocolate flavor would create a more balanced milkshake that is satisfying without feeling overly heavy or bloating. Like a well-crafted dessert, every ingredient should complement the others rather than one flavor dominating the experience.
One of the highlights was the excellent packaging, which kept the milkshake secure during delivery. I also appreciated that napkins and utensils were included.
I would love to see vegan versions of the milkshakes added to the menu, using options such as oat milk, coconut milk, or banana milk for customers who are lactose intolerant or prefer dairy-free alternatives. Expanding the selection with new vegan flavors would make the menu more inclusive.
Overall, the CoCo-Loco tasted great and was an enjoyable treat. While it is on the expensive side, improving the sugar balance, offering more affordable pricing, and introducing dairy-free alternatives would make the experience even better."

The Don't Cry Over Spilled Silk flavor was enjoyable, and I appreciate that the brand is creating options for vegan customers. However, there is room for improvement in the flavor profile. The foundation is there, but refining the flavor balance would help it stand out even more.
The Oreo Cookie Chocolate Covered Pretzel Ice Cream sample was another pleasant surprise. The combination of sweet and salty flavors worked very well and made for an enjoyable tasting experience.
Like a well-crafted dessert menu, variety is what keeps customers coming back to try something new. While the current offerings are enjoyable, I would love to see more vegan flavors added to the lineup to provide greater choice and appeal to a wider range of customers.

"The Kung Pao Chicken had a solid, satisfying flavor and a generous portion size that easily lasted me a day or two. That said, it was still flavorful, filling, and definitely enjoyable.
The standout for me, however, was the BBQ Pork Spare Ribs. They were clearly the signature item on the menu, bursting with flavor in every bite. Tender, well-seasoned, and grilled to perfection, the ribs were like the main course at a well-balanced meal—rich, comforting, and unforgettable. If the Kung Pao Chicken was the appetizer of the experience, the ribs were the entrée that stole the show.
The Chili Paste added an appreciated kick to both dishes, enhancing the overall experience for spice lovers like me. Unfortunately, the Special Sauce, which I was really looking forward to, was missing from the bag—something that slightly took away from the completeness of the meal.
Overall, it was a flavorful experience that felt like indulging in a multi-course dinner where the main dish truly left a lasting impression. Even though the prices leaned toward the higher side, the quality and quantity made it worth the splurge. I’d definitely order again, especially for those amazing ribs.
