"My order was almost two hours late. I called the store and it took almost ten minutes to answer the phone. The person that answered didn't make a bunch of excuses or apologies, it was clear that they simply were busy and didn't have enough drivers to handle all of the orders. They said my order was still there and when I confirmed that my order had just been sitting there, he explained that they don't even fire an order until they know it can be delivered. Made sense to me, I thanked him and asked when to expect my order. It arrived shortly after and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. There was even a large cookie sitting on top of my order. I've had similar experiences through other pizza locations that could learn a lot from this. They've blamed things that were under their control, made no accommodations to make the situation right, shown attitude, and overall just handled the situation very unprofessionally. However, the biggest issue was the packaging. When opening the container, some of the sauce had spilled despite the dish being sealed. Given the amount of sauce included, the packaging could be improved to better prevent leaks during transport.
The Fish Ball W. Curry Sauce 咖哩魚蛋 were also enjoyable and had good flavor, but they did not match the spice level suggested by the name. The curry sauce was tasty, though the balance between flavor and heat could be improved. A well-prepared spicy dish should be like a perfectly blended curry—where the spice enhances the flavor rather than fading into the background.
The steamed rice paired well with both dishes and helped balance the stronger flavors. The standout item, however, was the Mango Milk Tea. It had the right amount of sweetness, the ice level was well balanced, and the mango flavor came through nicely. It was easily the star of the meal.
Overall, I enjoyed all of the items and felt the food quality was good. While the meal is on the expensive side, it is generally worth the price. Improving the packaging for the Hot Spicy Fish Fillets and increasing the spice balance in the Fish Balls with Curry Sauce would make the experience even better."

"The portions on this food is insane, I ordered a pizza for $22 and I thought it was going to be like Domino's where it's just a normal large pizza, only to be surprised by a giant pizza that me and my partner could barely finish four slices up between the two of us. on top of that this thing is loaded with cheese like I've never seen before, probably not good for my gut but man was it delicious. likewise I thought this salad was pretty expensive until I saw it, didn't even touch it the first night I ordered it because the pizza filled me up and then ended up eating it for two other meals. 10 out of 10 will order again."
