Reducing the sugar slightly while preserving the rich chocolate flavor would create a more balanced milkshake that is satisfying without feeling overly heavy or bloating. A well-prepared spicy dish should be like a perfectly blended curry—where the spice enhances the flavor rather than fading into the background.
The steamed rice paired well with both dishes and helped balance the stronger flavors. The standout item, however, was the Mango Milk Tea. It had the right amount of sweetness, the ice level was well balanced, and the mango flavor came through nicely. It was easily the star of the meal.
Overall, I enjoyed all of the items and felt the food quality was good. While the meal is on the expensive side, it is generally worth the price. Improving the packaging for the Hot Spicy Fish Fillets and increasing the spice balance in the Fish Balls with Curry Sauce would make the experience even better."
