The person that answered didn't make a bunch of excuses or apologies, it was clear that they simply were busy and didn't have enough drivers to handle all of the orders. They said my order was still there and when I confirmed that my order had just been sitting there, he explained that they don't even fire an order until they know it can be delivered. They've blamed things that were under their control, made no accommodations to make the situation right, shown attitude, and overall just handled the situation very unprofessionally. "The portions on this food is insane, I ordered a pizza for $22 and I thought it was going to be like Domino's where it's just a normal large pizza, only to be surprised by a giant pizza that me and my partner could barely finish four slices up between the two of us. on top of that this thing is loaded with cheese like I've never seen before, probably not good for my gut but man was it delicious. likewise I thought this salad was pretty expensive until I saw it, didn't even touch it the first night I ordered it because the pizza filled me up and then ended up eating it for two other meals. 10 out of 10 will order again."

We did not receive our side salads (included with 2 of our meals) thats ok, I didnt know they were included until I ordered and they asked me what salads dressing I wanted. (could have been my misconception) and the Balsamic Chicken is bland I would not call it a "glaze" as it is very runny (a vinegarette!) they say two chicken breast when it is infact one butterflied! The Mozzarella Sticks only come with 6 in a brown paper bag (for almost $15) again not mad just less quality than I expected. My daughter loved the Gouda Mac Burger burger!"
