"My order was almost two hours late. I called the store and it took almost ten minutes to answer the phone. The person that answered didn't make a bunch of excuses or apologies, it was clear that they simply were busy and didn't have enough drivers to handle all of the orders. They said my order was still there and when I confirmed that my order had just been sitting there, he explained that they don't even fire an order until they know it can be delivered.
