"The Flat White (Iced) Large Latte, which I got in coconut milk was one of the best iced coffees I have gotten anywhere! I wish it was larger, and I would've gladly paid for it!! The next item I was blown away by were the Peanut Butter Balls!!! My mama and other family members always made them around the holidays, but they were never this good. I gave the Sausage Bites a poor rating, because it showed in the picture that a serving size was 2 bites. I only got 1, but though a little on the salty side, it was tasty. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese (B.E.C.) Croissant was good, but no better than anywhere else. I wished I had been given the choice of a White Chocolate and Macadamia cookie, but they must've been out of that option, as well as, the Chocolate Chip; so, I settled for the remaining Large Cookie available, which was simply just okay. My biggest disappointment was the Chocolate Espresso Beans. Every "coffee shoppe" or barista, in my humble opinion, should serve these; yet the only time I seem to ever find them in even the best of the best of coffee shoppes are around the holidays. I was thrilled when I saw that they were not only available on the menu, but also the espresso beans, according to the menu description, were covered in DARK chocolate!!!! Just look at the picture of them below and see the nice clump of beans, too, but sadly, I got milk chocolate covered beans (yuck!!!!) and such a tiny bit of beans, too!!!!! All in all, I will say, I will definitely go back for the coffee, and by the way, this barista offers many other delectable coffees and teas, as well. I'm planning on trying the Matcha Tea next!!!! "These are great but I have 2 issues... one is the concretes always say the center is filled with Hot Fudge or REESE’S Peanut Butter but they rarely have the filling. Better than half the time it's a hole that's left empty & it slowly fills with the ice cream. I just wanted to point this out in hopes management will reiterate how they are to be made.
Once I commented concerning the Cookies n' Cream Concrete & they made sure it had hot fudge that time. The peanut butter one that time still did not have the filling, it was just a hole for it. I shouldn't have to request the fudge in the center if it's listed in the description of the item.
We still reorder but I hope this gets their attention so they fix that. Portions are great. Concretes are always fresh & it's become one of our favorites to reorder. Just please train staff to fill the centers with whatever that one calls for... (fudge, peanut butter, strawberries, apples) That's my only complaint!
The second issue is a DD thing.... if I do a double dash they're supposed to be delivered together. This no longer happens. I wouldn't care much but it's not fair to whoever takes the second order. The second order is usually a small order with a lower tip. I just want the drivers to be compensated is all. Plus, the last 3 or 4 orders our ice cream arrives before our dinner... last night dinner was delayed & we had ice cream waiting. It was delivered 30 mins before dinner..."
