My smoothie was melted when I got it, I get it because it did say it was a longer commute but even still, package it differently if you're sending those type of products so it can get to me with integrity. I also hate whip cream on my smoothie. I feel like they should list the ingredients so people can know 1, it's a milky type smoothie and 2, it does have whip cream in top. The taste of the smoothie was decent though. The potatos... There was no hot drizzle, that was not mozzarella cheese. The just unseasoned, run of the mill potatoes with jalapeños and one slice of melted cheese on the top. Cheese doesn't even cover all the potatoes. Just underwhelming af. The turkey sausage croissant was the best thing I had from here. It was a nice flaky croissant, good sausage and fluffy eggs. I will not be ordering from here again."

"The bagel nook is a great place for jam packed, delicious bagels! They have so many options to choose from. Everything tastes fresh. Only thing is, I'm not sure why they have the special instructions option if they never read it. I can never figure out how to get them to put the hashbrown on the side instead of on the Bacon & Egg Sandwich and I've tried every way possible to communicate that. Also, I recommend asking for your bacon extra crispy unless you want chewy, barely cooked bacon. And even then, they might not read the instructions and still give you chewy bits. It can be disappointing to pay $10+ for a bagel to have to remove all the bacon because it's almost inedible. All in all, they are better in person. I wish they would read the instructions or perhaps just add options for crispy bacon and hashbrowns on the side. "

However, they are fairly bready (a step up from mass-market store bagels). That's depressing. When I go to a bagel shop, I want a real bagel with a bubbly crisp exterior with a slightly dense and flavorful interior. The entire bagel is light and almost fluffy.
As for the Egg Whites and Cheese Sandwich, I found it to be tasty, though I recommend asking for a flavored bagel, because that would improve the flavor and distract from the very soft plain bagels.
The Bagel basket Special Hot Sandwich wasn't very special. It was just a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. There was no sauce of any kind. Nothing different or unusual at all. The bacon was well-cooked and the scrambled egg was tasty. The name should be changed, though, if my sandwich was the norm for this item. Just call it a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich.
The flavored 5. Scallion Cream Cheese is good and looks locally made. The amount of scallions were decent.
All-in-all, the prices are typical for this area and the sandwiches were ok, but if you want real bagels, cooked propery, you might want to consider a different shop."
