I wanted to share my disappointment with my recent order. I ordered the Steak Street Tacos through Uber Eats because I don’t have a vehicle, so delivery is my only option and it makes the meal significantly more expensive.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not match what I paid for. One of the tacos arrived with a large piece of the outer shell missing, as if it had been broken before it was packaged. Both tacos also contained only two or three very small pieces of steak, making them look almost empty. In addition, the sour cream that should have been included was completely missing.
I understand mistakes can happen, but after paying for the food, delivery fees, service fees, and a tip, I expected my order to be prepared with care. I’ve attached photos showing exactly how the tacos arrived.
I have always enjoyed Taco Bell, so I hope you’ll review this with the restaurant and help make this right. Thank you for your time."

"The food itself was good, like usual. The grits didn't have any salt or butter, as usual, so I wasn't mad about that. (It seems like restaurants in general no longer put anything in grits). I always love the Cheese Steak Omelet . The order itself was missing 3 out of my 4 ordered bacons. I was super disappointed about that. It's already more costly using DoorDash but I'm eight months pregnant and didn't feel like driving. With them missing the bacon, it's like I might as well have gone up there myself to make sure everything was in the bags. Other than that, everything was fine.
