The aroma from the earthy spices fills the air of this friendly, down-to-earth restaurant. Staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome.
The kitchen is visible from dining area; it's easy to see the cleanliness and care taken with each order.
The tour of Italy pasta platter was full of rich aromatic, Mediterranean spices. The red sauce was appropriately sweet. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. Lightly breaded and juicy chicken parmigiana, just topped off the entire dish. The salad was fresh and filled to the brim with crisp veggies.
The garlic bread was garlicky and buttery; for my tastes, i would have liked it crisper.
Excellent find in Princeton. The traffic and location can be a bit much, but there's side streets. I will order this again and definitely return to this #PrincetonGem."
