"I dont usually write comments, but the onion rings were the best I've ever had in my entire life. I usually find onion rings to be a "meh" alternative as a side for when I'm not really feeling fries, but man, I'm glad I tried them. "The Meltdown absolutely overdelivered on every operational metric that matters. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and I am still questioning my life choices for not discovering it sooner. The bacon tasted like someone’s grandma was in the back cooking it on a cast iron pan. Real bacon, cooked right, generous portions, no cutting corners. The sandwich was stacked with intention and came out looking like the gold standard of what a breakfast sandwich should be.
The onion rings deserve their own award ceremony. Perfect beer batter, perfect crunch, zero soggy liabilities. If they ever add ranch to their DoorDash lineup, it is game over. The scorecard would jump from an easy 10 star rating to a full 15 stars without hesitation. The value proposition is already through the roof but that ranch would push it into 200 percent performance territory.

"I had a glutinous order to satiate my craving for sweets, cinnamon rolls, THEIR Cronuts/maple and bacon, and I wanted to try the lemon. Their chocolate and Homer donuts are good, I'm partial to the chocolate over the Homer. Their maple bacon is bomb too. That's all I've tried. We ordered two soup and sandwich combos and the quality just kept getting worse with each item. My husband’s sandwich was basically two hard pieces of bread with what looked like a very thin layer of mashed meat inside—you couldn’t even see the meat unless you opened it up. His side baguette was rock hard.
The soup actually tasted good, but the portion was shockingly small for the price.
I got the half grilled cheese and it tasted like it was made with processed sliced cheese instead of actual grilled cheese quality ingredients.
What disappointed me most was the cookies. I was excited because in the past Panera cookies have always been soft and one of my favorite things there. This time every single cookie in the bag was hard and dry like a cracker.
Overall, the food quality felt really off compared to previous visits, especially for the cost. I left wishing I had asked for a refund."
