What was on the plate was a pile of super crunchy rice (I asked for steamed rice) and some gooey chicken with a burnt egg roll. I honestly do not know how this restaurant is staying in business. Lockhart needs a GOOD Chinese restaurant in town! This restaurant is dead to me. Save your money folks and go elsewhere. "

"100% would NOT recommend the "spicy" chicken. I was expecting something more like Popeyes, where the chicken/breading is actually spicy/seasoned. This was regular tenders with half a bottle of cayenne or chili powder dumped on it. I think it was supposed to be cooked on, but it was loose enough that it made me cough before I even took a bite. Because our family order was half and half, it was mixed together, so the regular tenders also had spicy powder (far less).
