Mushroom Burger was wonderful! Juicy beef patty with excellent crispy bits and edges. Perfect bun, held up the entire burger! Mushrooms were good but the melted mozzarella and im assuming some garlic butter in there really made it! Perfectly seasoned and great first experience.
Fresh Cut Fries were great! Fresh, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned.. would go back just to get these fries!
The New York cheesecake was nothing special. If it had some fruit topping it would have been good.

The Beef Bacon Burger was great, though I'll warn people that it was EXTREMELY mustard-forward. if that is a turn-off for you, I would either order something else, or request that they don't use as much or none at all.
Having tried both the fries and Onion Rings now, I'd say the fries are better and you get better value with them.
I would order from here again, but I need to experiment more to find out what my ideal order will be."

"I had the Pork Back Ribs and Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie Cheesecake- neither one disappointed. The ribs had a little more fat left on them than I like, but that's just a preference. The BBQ sauce was yummy and the meat tender, as well as it was a large serving. They packed my salad and cake separately, to maintain temps, which is awesome. The French fries were home cut and I ate every single one of them. Loved their dessert selection. I would definitely order from here again!"
"One of the more standout experiences I've had with Doordash so far. I would describe it as Swiss Chalet with more love put into the food. The Pork Back Ribs had a perfect texture and flavor, and I enjoyed both the Fresh-Cut Fries and Ceasar Salad. (Special mention for how the salad was packaged separately to avoid taking in extra heat.) The two slices of cheesy garlic bread were a little greasy, but still a lot better than than what I'm used to getting at restaurants.
Overall, I'd highly recommend Tom's Family Restaurant, and I will be ordering from them again."

"Both the burger and fries were fresh and tasty, however, the "lettuce wrap" was very messy. If you actually "wrap the burger in lettuce" and then also add multiple leaves on top and bottom, it would be able to be held and eaten like a burger without making a mess. This one just had lettuce leaves on top and bottom, but there was no wrapping, which made for a very messy experience."

"What a disappointment... Have been a pretty regular customer (couple times a month), and this is the 2nd (and last) time I received poor service and under cooked food.
First the experience started with them adding an extra 1/2 hour to my order time (in the past - there has been delays but never this long for pick up order.
Then when I got home to find the eggs under cooked (runny whites) and the sausages were cold. I prefer to buy local and from small businesses, but this place has gone down hill and won't get any more of my business.
