Once the service is complete he discards any and all items that where not used in that days service and cleans his trailer from top to bottom planning for all new the next day. Let's not forget his one of a kind seating area, YES a seating area with patio style tables and chairs with umbrellas or if the weather is not cooperating there is a enclosed tented area. All while having an amazing view of the mountains year round. I guess to sum it up Chewy has packed a giant full service full flavor Mexican restraunt into a tiny trailer that has a special place in the hearts of his customers.
