"For us, we always go on a savory spice adventure. The Tonkatsu really hits the savory but I'll be honest, adding the Hell Spice really kicks it up. Their Level 4 Hell, isn't spicy for me, which is a bit disappointing considering it's called Hell but that doesn't take away from the taste which is why I'll still stay at 5 stars. In fact I wish I could request a second serving of the ramen if my stomach had room, but I'd ask for a double dose of the Hell Level 4 and probably still add a dollop of sriracha to the mix.
