"The Funghi & Formaggi Pizza was the biggest hit of the night. This pizza was melt in your mouth amazing — artisanal crust, high-quality cheeses, well-seasoned mushrooms. The flavor profile of this pizza is truly spectacular and one of the most unique fusion of flavors I have ever tried.
Second to the Funghi pizza has to be their Tiramisu .
Perfectly sweet, incredibly light, and surprisingly refreshing despite Tiramisu's reputation for being a more decadent dessert.
I would visit Cento JUST for this tiramisu.
Finally, I ordered two different pastas. The Rigatoni al Ragù was a wonderful pasta and the lamb was more flavorful than I could have ever imagined....but the Bucatini alla Carbonara was disappointing. It lacked tremendous amounts of flavor and I found the thick, (very) fatty CHUNKS of pork to be unappetizing and inedible. "
