Sausage had a bit of bite, coulda been spicier, but still very good. Hash browns a perfect blend of crispy and soft. The Biscuits were good naked and with the gravy. I felt insulted yet very happy, their Biscuits are better than mine. Gravy good texture, not pasty, bit of bite. I prefer more bite. My generous addition of black pepper fixed it up for me. My Side Country Grits were great the way they were. I usually doctor Grits with butter and maple syrup or cheese and jalapeños. I had finished them before doing so crossed my mind. First time I've felt the need to rave over grits. Everything - 10/10 will definitely order again."
