We also noticed there wasn't a freshness seal or sticker on the to-go bags, which made us question whether everything had been handled properly. Drinks were not included in the kids meal. Hopefully this was just an off day, and we'd be willing to give them another try by dining in since the experience might be better in the restaurant."
