The Strawberry & Cream Strudel looks nothing like the picture. It looks more like the ones sold at BJs or Acme sold for $3/4 bucks for a box of 20. I was expecting a warm fresh baked flakey pastry with a goey inside. This one feels hard, and its covered in sugar crystals with a braided design. They should update their website picture.
The Iced Chai Tea Latte has a weird mustard taste to it for some reason, and is more expensive than one from starbucks.

Sometimes they're out of everything. This store does not offer substitutions, so you don't even realize that you're not getting what you ordered until it doesn't show up. For example, my order today was for a Chocolate Cream Donut, 2 Chocolate Croissant,2 Caramel Apple Pie, and Fudge Brownie. "Very disappointed with the Grilled Beef & Cheese Sandwich. The DoorDash photo shows a substantially filled sandwich, but the sandwich I received had only one small piece of beef on each side of the bread. The lack of beef was the biggest issue, especially given the price and the significant difference from what is shown in the photo.
I also paid an additional $1.99 for bacon, and received one piece of bacon on each side of the sandwich (two pieces total). While that was disappointing, the very small amount of beef was the main issue.
I paid $16.98 for the sandwich and $24.44 total before tip, and unfortunately, the portion and overall quality did not justify that price for me. I don’t mind paying for good food, but this was a very mediocre sandwich with so little meat that I could have made a better one at home.
I hope the restaurant considers this feedback and reviews the portion size and/or DoorDash photo so customers have an accurate expectation of what they’ll receive.
