"Today 1/18/25 at 12:10pm I called to give feedback on the quality of the food I received from this location. I order from this location 2-3x a week, and I usually get the same thing every time. A young girl answered the phone and I explained to her that their sourdough grilled cheese has been off the last 2 times I ordered it. Instead of being hot and crispy, like usual, it has been soggy, and the cheese inside hard and not melted. I explained I order this every week and have never had this issue before. She stated that it's a pre-packed item that they just heat up (which I already knew), but, she said that probably the quality of the product they receive has gone down. I went on to explain to her that in addition to the food being bad the last 2 times I ordered, that my drink has also arrived spilled twice in the past week. My doordasher even sent a pic saying "they didnt package it right, the drink is spilling", with a picture attached showing the green starbucks sticker on wrong"

The negatives. If you ever needed a visual representation of "shrinkflation" this meal would be it. Cheesecake Factory REALLY thinks we don't notice how small the chicken strips are getting. The chicken is LAUGHABLY tiny. To make this exact meal, as they have it, would cost you about $10 but Cheesecake Factory is charging $20 for this!
Also, both the chicken and the waffle will likely be soggy when they arrive as the package it in a non breathable container. But a quick trip to the air fryer for the chicken and a good few minutes in the broiler for the waffle and all is good.

"Food was great! The Seafood Bisque was silk perfection. Tasty with just the right amount of flavor. The Wedge was very good too. The lettuce head was a bit yellow though and dressing heavy handed but the flavors were wonderful. I would come back just for these two. The Crab Cakes entree was decent but not the best Ive had. It left me wanting more flavor although it could have been my fault for not choosing the partnered rice side. "Everything was fantastic! I took a photo of the last bite of my Spinach Roll because the current photo suggests it's a pastry. It's an eggroll wrapper stuffed with spinach and cheese and it is SO GOOD. The chicken was tender, the lamb was the extra roasty toasted bits, and the falafel was crumbled and extra crunchy. It was perfection. I've never had a Center Breast before, so I got one to see what kind of cut it is. It's the center breastbone/cartilage bit with both sides of chicken breast attached, no tenderloin or ribs/spine. It is my new favourite cut of fried chicken. The breading on both the chicken and the salmon was perfectly seasoned. Everything was *chef's kiss* perfect."
