All of the croissants had perfect lamination throughout, giving them that perfect croissant buttery layered flaky chew. Another thing to note is all of the pastries were generous in size. I got green enchiladas and the green sauce was great, and there was also a lot of meat and cheese inside. I got barbacoa for those and while the marinade for it wasn't my favorite, it was still good.
