"Pizza looked amazing and the toppings were well balanced. The cheese, pepperoni, and overall presentation were all solid, and the flavor was good, though nothing particularly memorable. My biggest issue was the crust. The bottom was extremely tough—so much so that I couldn’t easily cut through it with a fork. Instead of being light, airy, and doughy like I expect from this style of pizza, it was dense and difficult to chew.
The other factor was the price. This was a fairly expensive pizza, so my expectations were higher. Given the cost, I was hoping for a more memorable flavor and a better crust texture. If the crust had been softer with a little more lift, this would have been a much stronger pizza overall."

I ordered 2 1. Classic Cheese and Sauce pizzas, and as you can see in the pics, they look vastly different - as if there's no standard when making them.
After reading the reviews, I was hoping to be wowed, and decided to spend the money ($29 + tip) to try it out...unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing for me. One of the pizzas was visibly burnt & I learned the hard way that the burnt taste permeates the entire slice. There's no way getting around that taste.
I didn't care for the side of spicy ranch - a side of spicy marinara would have been perfection, and may have helped mask the burnt crust taste.
Overall 5/10. I would never waste my money on this ever again. In fact, I prefer Andreas Pizza - even Little Caesars or Pizza Hut - over this."

"Broasted Chicken Mix (12pc) was burnt and cold when it arrived. The chicken was delivered in a "Gold n Plump Chicken" packaging so I am unsure if this was a pre bought and sold type of deal or if this was actually Village's recipe. Overall the chicken was overcooked, hard and some pieces were pretty toasty and butter. The batter on the Deep-Fried Mushroom were falling apart just by picking it up so you were able to eat the batter separately from the mushroom. The Chicken Finger (4pc) were thin but the fries were decent. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing dinner to feed the family who wanted to try broasted chicken. I would probably just stick to the pizza and keep it limited to ensure the food is delivered semi hot vs delivered cold."
