Sometimes on special bagels like these it seems like the bottom half gets forgotten about, but not here. I've had a few items of their's now just because I was so happy with their coffee - I wanted to try everything!
Overall - everything I've had has perfectly balanced flavors. Some of the execution for the baked goods need a slight adjustment - not the drinks. Don't touch the coffee.
Pistachio Latte (HOT) 2x's now - So far, quality remained, time will tell, but I have high hopes!
Strawberry Iced Matcha - Foam was melted when it got here - it's hot so whatever! I got "Regular Sweet" so I could try it how it was meant to be made - perfectly balanced but I'm not a sweet person so I would go with "Light".
Chocolate Cappuccino Cake (V) - A bit dry - not too bad. I'm not a sweet girl & I enjoyed that the icing wasn't cream cheese.
My last order I got the following treats, but couldn't rate them bc after one bite - I was done!
Yemen Chocolate - Was good, I didn't enjoy the texture of the pistachios that were shaved into a noodle like texture. Most will enjoy.
Pistachio Milk Cake - It's a pistachio flavored Tres Leche. Great flavor, but even for what it is, slightly too much liquid.

I got the Pistachio Latte (HOT) and when I tell you it was velvety smooth & perfectly balanced !!
I had all but stopped going to coffee houses in CLT bc I've found they all seem to have notes of yeasty bread throughout them, (I know they don't but they all have the same aftertaste).
- I will never go anywhere else again. Never.

- Triple Chocolate Cake : It's a chocolate mouse cake dipped in a shell of rich chocolate. Very rich, very moist & can we talk about the price?? A comparable, small cake of the same size easily ~$15.00 - $30.00 at a bakery.

It should come with options like egg, cheese, honey or jam. There should be a "loaded" biscuit option to have a more appropriate bread to meat to toppings ratio.
Would I order it again, no. It's a Flintstones biscuit and you better have something to drink. Trust me, my picture does NOT do it justice. I prefer any other chain or frozen option - seriously. However, I'm glad I tried it. It's definitely worth a try."
