"Been here in person once after seeing a video on TikTok about it, and loved it. We ordered it as a pickup today and were there once the app said the order was ready. They were extremely busy (love to see that), but it may be helpful if they were to implement some type of to-go/mobile pickup. I waited for over 10 minutes before I finally asked about where to pick up the order. The sweet cashier let the guys in the back know, but it was still several minutes before I asked again. "I'm a hamburger enthusiast and was in town to attend a dog show. I saw this place had great reviews but I was very disappointed. I like a simple Burger with just bacon cheese and mayo. The quality of the burger has to shine through when it's not covered with special sauces and tons of other gimmicky stuff. I ordered my burger medium, it was well done instead. the meat was barely identifiable as beef being overly ground and overly worked. It was also way too salty. the flavor of the beef should be enhanced by the amount of salt not overtaken by it. there was nothing particularly special about the sweet potato fries, they were kind of soggy.
