The potatoes are good, great flavor, but not fully creamy or mashed, its kinda lumpy with potato skins but not to many. it is red potatoes which I aalso use for mashed if I do not have yellow Golds, but will use both because russet potatoes are disgusting and the skins aren't edible imo! reds or yukon Golds are waxy potatoes and amazing for mashed or potato salad especially! Anyway so if you do not like lumpy or with skins mashed potatoes, there you go, you can get Mac and cheese instead lol! the Chicken Fried Steak is absolutely amazing! I traveled for work for years in the health system and have had "our famous chicken fried steak" everywhere and this place does it right! Haven't tried the Peach Cobbler with vanilla ice cream! looks good!"
