"this restaurant is one I recently started ordering from occasionally as a special treat given its price point, and they've been nothing but good quality until today. I ordered the same sandwich I have been and was disappointed to say the least.
I'm used to this sandwich coming with a full sausage patty and slice of cheese, not a sad few cubes hidden in the egg and a few shreds of cold cheese tucked into the bottom. the whole sandwich was cold, and the driver didn't have any stops or take longer than usual to arrive so idk what exactly caused it cause that's also never been an issue before.
I also decided to try their almond croissant today, and was disappointed to find no filling like in the description, just almonds.
I don't know what changed but if there's even a chance I get this again the next time I try ordering it's not worth it; $30 for a sandwich only to have to re-cook and fix it up myself at home is NOT worth it; I recommend ordering with care and managing expectations."

"I got the mixed burrito with added rice, no cilantro and extra onions instead...and I got this - bland, dry, burrito. There was almost no meat, and there was barely any onions...thank God they didn't add the cilantro or else there was no way I couldve eaten it. They did not add any sauce in a cup or anything at all to pour onto the burrito - even Filiberto's gives sauces! With so much Mexican food competition out there, they really need to step up their game. The chips and salsa weren't anything special and not worth it - it's not even homemade chips! The best thing was the churro. "
