I’m a truck driver and had just come off a 13-hour shift, so I was looking forward to a decent meal. I want to start by saying the host who took my order was excellent—very polite, professional, and attentive. She made the ordering process smooth, and I made sure to leave a $4.04 tip on my to-go order because of her great service. Unfortunately, the food itself was extremely disappointing. My burger was severely undercooked—raw in the center—which is unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. After a long workday, the last thing I expected was to receive a meal that I couldn’t even eat. This experience completely overshadowed the good service I received upfront. I don’t know the cook’s name, but whoever was responsible for preparing that food needs to be held to a higher standard. Serving undercooked meat is not only careless, it puts customers at risk. I’m not someone who complains often, but this situation was frustrating enough that it needs to be addressed. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better quality control moving forward.
