I understand that items could sell out, but I'm usually contacted by the merchant to offer a replacement item. The item was taken off of my bill, but I was still charged the fees through DoorDash and also the tip amount which ended up costing me $16 for a London fog tea, which seems a bit excessive. I order through DoorDash quite often and have always been contacted by the merchant when there's an issue with an item. I know your business is new to Monrovia and I typically would never post a negative review, but I would really like to see your business succeed and not have this happen to others. At the end of the day, it's not a big deal, but it was pretty disappointing."

My favorite crepe is the Warm Wish Crepe, it's not too sweet and the banana filling is delicious. I get the Hot Chocolate every single time I order from here, it honestly isn't that chocolatey, it more has an "essence" of chocolate; like La Croix. But it gives that feeling of drinking warm milk when you can't get to sleep as a child, it's strangely relaxing. The Tuna Salad Sandwich is the reason i'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. I don't know how, but it's sour, they may just put lemon on it, but it's not the good kind of sour. It's a good sized sandwich, but it just doesn't have a very good flavor. Without the Tuna Salad Sandwich , this place is an easy 5 stars."
