"The level of customization was a little disappointing. I wanted to add some espresso shots to my Caramel Protein Latte and couldn't do so. Unlike the Starbucks app, I was charged for every adjustment except adding Splenda to the drink to make it taste a little sweeter. Also since the dasher has to travel with the drink, I would have loved the option to make my drink extra hot so I don't have to worry about microwaving my hot drink when it does arrive. I do not recommend ordering Starbucks here especially if you are a regular customer and enjoy customizing your drink. If I'm going to pay more than normal and still have more limitations, then I would rather not order again on this platform. I'll order through the Starbucks app rather than DoorDash.
