"The Extra Banchan Set (side dishes) is amazing and full of flavor (kimchi ofc, green peppers, i think fish cakes, and bean sprouts i thinkk). The Spicy BBQ Chicken Combo / 매운 닭 불고기 + 순두부 辣味烤鸡肉+嫩豆腐 was almost my most favorite, then I tried the dumpling and tofu soup.. and let me tell you, its was heavenly. Spicy, tofu melts in your mouth, dumplings added the right touch, and with the Extra Bowl of Rice / 공기밥, which was cooked to perfection also (not too gummy, but sticky and absorbed flavor well), the rice just took it to another level. The Extra Yellow Croaker / 조기 is an acquired taste, but I want to get it again with dishes to compliment it (has bones also but hust chew and pick lol). The portions are great. I couldn't wait to take a bite. The brisket was too firm. The had brisket from everywhere and this was not good. A good brisket feeds without breaking and melts in your mouth. This was a tough over cooked thick cut of meat.
Similar review on the ribs. These pork ribs felt more like beef ribs. They were tough and had to enjoy. Good pork ribs should fall off the bone and easy to eat, this was not that.
