"The whole point of ordering the more expensive subs from Firehouse is that they are toasted, but my subs have not been toasted for the last 2 times I've ordered from Firehouse. I confirmed with a friend who is a manager of a firehouse in the upstate of sc that the subs are supposed to be toasted even if it's a to go order. She confirmed that they are always toasted. I was very disappointed that I spent that money for this specific place to get the firehouse sub and didn't get what they advertise"
