"Ordered bag of burgers and fries with Cherry shake. Bag of burgers is advertised with a bunch of fry sauce in the picture. Didn't received the sauce, which made eating the two lbs of fries tough. The burgers weren't great either. They make them almost sound like sliders(they are 1/8lb patties), but they are full sized burgers. Each burger had a slice of unmelted processed cheese and a ton of lettuce, not very good. The other burgers on the menu look like they use real cheese, but I'm going to guess this isn't the case? Was pumped up for the cherry shake, but this also didn't arrive. Had to request a refund online. Getting down the burgers and fries with out a shake was really tough. The patty itself was "BEEF" like real beef that you can chew and taste. I had mine with american cheese but it's not a kraft single, it is a good american cheese that had a perfect melt. The burger as a whole ate and held together well and was not a sloppy mess which I appreciate. Tasted like a burger should. I ordered the house first this time to try, but I think I prefer their regular fries actually, they are my favorite fries anywhere. Honestly, I would order a burger here before five guys any day."
