Called the store. They don't have that flavor as a bagel so I just paid $4.60 and a tip for two pieces of bread. They told me that they'll try to make it clearer on their end. No refund-I have to get a refund through DoorDash per the store. I told her that IT IS NOT DOORDASHES MISTAKE-it is their mistake on their ordering site. She agreed but said that they can't refund me because it was through a third party. So I'm going to ask the delivery service to refund me for the merchant's error??????

This is not how you run a business-you admit the error is yours but make the customer jump through hoops, ask the party who is not at fault to refund them and don't offer any restitution?
