Now for the Papaya Salad (Lao Style) it looks amazing, but the moment I took off the lid it smelled of fermented fish sauce so bad, I took a bite and overwhelmed with fish sauce. It took a bit of muscle to tear the top part of the bag open, but I loved that knowing there was no way anyone was inside that bag before it left the restaurant and it arrived on my doorstep.
