I finally tossed them. The sausage was fair. The hashbrowns are described as crispy, they are barely cooked. Very good eggs over easy this time. The pancakes are excellent, only two of them, though. Why in the world can't you add three? Or one or two on the side to buy sep, maybe something like that?

It was served with perfectly cooked yummy thick but crispy bacon & a side of a flavorful vinegrett. I ended the meal with the Croissant Beignets. They were crispy , yet soft, slightly " doughy" ( I like them that way ). I didn't touch the Nutella. I added a pinch more powdered sugar like a Real Beignet. They almost took me back to New Orleans. The next day I threw the leftovers in a toaster and they were great all over again.
