Recommend the toast (perfect balance in flavors and the levain bread is my favorite from here), but cannot recommend and will not reorder the waffle, especially for over $13 plus added fees per item, which inflates the cost of the waffle to much more than its worth. I guess on the up-side it's dense and filling if you need something heavier? I honestly couldnt get through it tho, would rather have a frozen store waffle fresh from the toaster. The matcha latte was balanced (ordered with oat milk substitution), really light and not sweet. I personally prefer matcha less sweet so that worked for me. All in all would try the Matcha Green Tea Latte again as the flavor was good. "

"IHOP is a 10 star restaurant. I would go in for breakfast a few times a month over the years. Due to some physical limitations I had not been in for some time. Today I had a large steak omlet with a side of pancakes of course , and a tall cup of coffee delivred through DoorDash. Another budding company. I have come to depend on delivery services for now.
