It is so moist and I don't know. I can't even describe it. It's just really good, anyway they gave me the large loaf instead of just a piece which I originally ordered as an apology for the inconvenience and also enclosed a handwritten note. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. I can always tell an establishment that takes pride in the food that they serve and the service that they give and this place is that plus more I'm a very satisfied customer "
