"Ordered the MVP Platter and the Smokehouse Platter. Order was missing the sausage patties and grits. Had to go there to get those items, which completely defeated the point of ordering delivery. The bowls that hold the grits and gravy do not seal at all so the grits ended up spilling everywhere in the bag after we drive over there to get them. It doesn't even seem possible to close the bowl lids securely, so they should have been taped shut.
Bacon was delicious and crispy. Scrambled eggs and hash browns were good. Biscuit was small but it was good with the gravy. Waffle was shockingly thin, tough, and very hard to chew - very disappointing, since it was the main reason for ordering. Seriously, a frozen eggo would've been a major improvement.
Overall, we were fed and some of the items were enjoyavle ,but the terrible waffle, missing items, and spilled grits made this experience frustrating and disappointing."
