"After more than 35 years of being a customer at the other pizza place that begins with a Do... and not getting delivery put a few feet from the front door (I'm handicapped), I decided to switch pizza places.
the pizza and all the fixings were well received. The driver was a nice young man who didn't use an excuse like security concerns (the why he couldn't take a few steps into the house) and put the pizzas exactly where I requested - on my rollator.
I'm glad I tried this place and look forward to many more wonderful meals.
just one thing. cut the pizza all the way through otherwise it's hard to try and break it apart.

"While the food is pretty good, this is the second time we've placed an order for pickup only to arrive and have them not even start the order until we got there. We live a block away and waited for 25 minutes to walk over (when the app said it would be ready), only to wait another 20 minutes to pick up. They did not put the pepper jack I requested (and paid more for) on my burger. We were trying to use some door dash credits up so while we typically order direct we don't feel like we should be penalized for ordering not on their website by extreme delays.
