"I usually order the same thing everytime as it's one of my comfort foods. I got the Italian with onion and mushrooms. Not sure if something in the recipe changed or they didn't drain something, but when I picked my pizza up it was dripping with a dark brown liquid. Upon eating I noticed the crust was wet, and soggy, and the liquid was soaking through the box. The taste was there as always but the texture of the soggy crust and everything it was hard to eat."

"I am normally a HUGE fan of Antonio's because of their fish fry and 4 Cheese and Spinach Nuggets, but this time I wanted to venture to different parts of their menu.. let's just say I was less than pleased with that decision.
I had wanted to order the BYO New York 15" Pizza for a long time and I finally decided to go for it, it was NOT New York style. It was like every other average thin and crispy crust out there.
I even ordered it "lightly cooked" and that ish was still crispy - it literally cracked when I tried to fold it like traditional NY style.
It also came with barely any cheese on it and barely any sauce. For the amount they charge just to call it New York Style, you'd think it would be better than your at-home digornio pizza.
The Meatball Sub had barely any sauce on it as well. I wouldn't have been so upset about the lack of sauce if I hadn't paid for an extra side of sauce that was not included with my order.
The Spinach 4 Cheese and Spinach Nuggets were amazing as always... or they would have been if I received the extra side of sauce that I ordered.
Even if they just gave me the ONE side of sauce that's supposed to come with the order of nuggets, then I would have at least been able to eat most of them how they were meant to be eaten, but no.
Im hoping this was just a fluke because normally their items are incredibly delicious.
So, I will be giving them another chance, simply because the nuggets and fish fry items have been so good consistently, hopefully they can redeem themselves."

"I've ordered from Sbarro numerous times. Salad is always great. The meatballs are excellent. But i order cause I love pizza. I usually get a single slice. Some days are better than others. The not so good days are when the body of the crust is too thick and it barely has any cheese on it, delivered cold etc. But the days that taste the best are when the body of the crust is thin (like a NY style slice) and they put a nice amount of cheese on it, that not only has great flavor but when delivered hot, I take a bite, I have a string of cheese between my mouth and the slice that I have to grab and break apart and it's so melty and full of flavor I can't wait for the next bite. And then the outer piece of crust that is left is the perfect blend of harder on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. And even better when dipped in garlic sauce. Today's door dash order was the first order I received that also had Parmesan cheese and pepper flake packets in it which was a pleasant and very yummy surprise. "Disappointed. this was my first time ordering. I'm only reviewing the pizza because if the corrections they need to make are not fixed, I won't be ordering from them again, so it doesn't matter. First, the box wasn't sealed properly ( see photo), some cheap stickers that didn't work. VERY SKIMPY TOPPINGS!!! It had a total of 4 pieces of banana peppers on it... they put regular peppers on it that I don't like and didn't order. I also had pepperoni, sausage, and onion. there was plenty of cheese and way too much sauce. the crust was great, and overall, the flavor was fantastic despite the other problems. very overcharged for what came. I hope they address these issues so i can try them again. this could easily be the best pizza!"
