"25+ year Kraus' customer. Decided to try the new North Canton location since it's closest to us, and was pleasantly surprised! We ordered a Manager's Special 2dz Wings, a side of jo-jo's, and a Broasted Breast. The chicken and jo-jo's were excellent, right on par with the other locations. Wings were also very good. The pizza had excellent flavor, but the crust was just slightly underdone. I feel like this is just something that will improve with time, since it's a new staff. Guess I'm spoiled by Middlebranch! ;) We will definitely order again from North Canton though.

Not sure if something in the recipe changed or they didn't drain something, but when I picked my pizza up it was dripping with a dark brown liquid. Upon eating I noticed the crust was wet, and soggy, and the liquid was soaking through the box. The taste was there as always but the texture of the soggy crust and everything it was hard to eat."

"This is incredibly, amazingly, wonderfully good pizza. I finally have a pizza that I can enjoy without guilt: I get the vegetarian with every possible vegetable I can imagine, with tomato sauce and olive oil. Goat cheese(just because I love goat cheese). My penance for getting the goat cheese is no mozzarella or provolone -- but this pizza is so good that I don't need any more cheese. I even get thespelt crust with whole wheat,normally I'm not crazy about whole wheat, but the flavors of this wonderful pizza are so terrific that I never notice that the crust isn't white flour.
All-in-all, I couldn't have invented a healthier choice than this pizza. Even my husband (who normally runs for the hills if I tell him something is good for him) loves this pizza.
Their salads are also beautifully prepared and delicious...a meal in their own rights.
For those who want their pizza to be as it's always been, Sol has plenty of topping and cheese choices. For those who, like me, are trying to eat in a more health conscious manner, this is heaven. This pizza is prepared beautifully, and with great thought and conscious care.

I called after the first time I ordered from them, to tell them what a fantastic meal we had had. Therein lies my only mild criticism: the (very young) man to whom I spoke, who said he was the manager, seemed to have absolutely no response to a customer who called to compliment the food. He could barely handle the one word he did manage to say, "Okay." He repeated that several times, with a question mark after each "Okay?" He never even said "thank you" for the compliment. I believe a little customer relations training may be in order ;)

"we got two of the Reubenator sandwiches. the first sandwich had little to no corned beef on one side of the bread, the other half was loaded with sauerkraut. there was no thousand Island dressing on it at all and the bread was torn pretty much in half. the fries were bland and tasteless, they didn't put a dusting of salt or any kind of flavor. they were mushy and lacked any kind of structure you would find in a fresh fry. They say they get this corned beef from Cleveland and I can't fathom it whatsoever. this meat felt more like deli meat as opposed to Slymans or Superior deli in Cleveland. it was dry and bland and underwhelming. the second Ruben didn't come with fries that we paid for and had all the same issues, was wrapped in foil and not cut in half. For the price I expected much better flavor and much better presentation. Doesn't come with a pickle and there's not even an option for one. Would not order Reubanator again. the Slice Peanut Butter Pie was small for the price"
