"We order El Toro regularly and have noticed the decline in food quality and portions. The Casa Guac app we ordered was half the portion we regularly receive and in a different container- a small plastic to-go container instead of the usual large black round container. Definitely not worth the money it's priced at. The Green sauce was watery- literally. Watered down, flavorless, and couldn't even scoop it in a chip- it was thin as water. The entrees were also extremely bland- not at all what we're used to. Not sure what's going on but won't be ordering here for a while until they work on quality control. Sad because we have loved El Toro for years."
