"I have been wanting to try this place for a while, and they did not disappoint. The place is beautiful, the people are friendly and clearly care about what they’re doing, and the sandwich I got today was PHENOMENAL.
I got the croissant breakfast sandwich with bacon and smashed avocado, which was substantial, and every single thing was perfect. The croissant was flaky and crunchy on the outside, and light and buttery on the inside. The bacon was super crispy, the cheese was melted and didn’t take over, and the smashed avocado had a perfect kiss of citrus (not sure if lemon or lime).
I do have one complaint, though: you may have just ruined any other breakfast sandwich for me. Quite possibly the best croissant sammy I’ve ever had. Thank you!"
