Literally 99% lettuce that looks like it came from a bag, layered in a shallow little bowl, 5 or 6 mandarin orange slices, and instead of the "island vinaigrette" dressing it was advertised to come with, they just tossed in two little tubs of pre-packaged teriyaki sauce? The chicken was already dry as hell and tasted like it had been floating in a salt bath all day; expecting me to dress the salad in teriyaki would be a vomit-inducing amount of sodium.
