I got the hot level which was good enough to wake up my spice buds; would not recommend this heat level to those that struggle with spice. My worry with chicken fried at this size is whether it'll be dry, but each tender was juicy without sacrificing crispness . I got a side of fries which were also excellent. They use the same waffle cut fries as Chick-Fil-A, but I enjoyed these much more because of the crispiness these had as well. Also got the ranch and cluck sauce; cluck sauce was good, but the ranch was an amazing pairing with the hot and spicy chicken. Would suggest getting 3 ranches to pair with each pair of chicken.
