"Los Volcanes is hands down the best place to get birria and California Burritos in Sedalia (coming from some who lived in California and loves burritos lol)! You can't go wrong with any of their birria options, but the Birria Pizza is such a great deal for the price. It's alot of food that's for sure! I'm a huge fan of the Churros too. I'm not sure what magic they use to make the Churros stay perfectly crispy outside and moist in the center, even with DoorDash, but they've perfected it! I am so glad they're back! 100% recommend eating here you won't regret it!"
"The Quesabirria is super good, I never branch out and try new things but i'm glad I did today, I got it plain just the meat and cheese but it's delicious!! The rice is also really good, the beans though aren't so good, they are very soupy & so is the cheese dip but it taste good, but everything else is great! 
I would order again! I got full on just one taco (i'm very small though) 9/10 overall"
