"The Mocha Mochas (Hot) are delicious. That's usually all I get. I might like to try a Caramel Macchiato (Iced). My only Minor complaint is that there is a "rewards card", and if you forget to use it exactly at the transaction, they won't let you use it. I don't understand that at all. They need to bring back those punch cards. Then you have to buy 12 or 13 items just to get a free item, when most places, you buy 10 items, you get one free. It just seems a bit petty or strict and not a way to bring in New Customers. Also due to loose teeth, I like the Turkey and Havarti sandwich, it's delicious, but they put it on this really hard bread. They could at least use a croissant or something softer. I personally really enjoy the PB Coco Acai Bowl bowl and Chocolate Peanut Butter smoothie, however I've receved completely inedible watered down versions before. Of the three or four times I've ordered from here it's only happened once however.

But the 5-Way was a mess, it had way too many noodles and almost no chili; there was as much chili as you'd find salt on fries, and it was incredibly dry and flavorless besides the cheese.
