It arrived lukewarm and I am not very far away. For all the flavoring I added, it just tasted like plain coffee and I had to add Splenda to it. The Bacon, Gouda & Egg Ciabatta was good after I added salt and pepper ( there wasn't any seasoning on it). It was good, but really small Egg and obviously just 1 bacon strip cut into 2. It was mostly bread. Even though the ciabatta bread was delicious, it's not a good value for the money, due to it's small size and small quantity of fillings. The Muffin Tops is a good size( didn't try it yet, so can't comment on taste). Sorry this is so long, but I will give this restaurant another try in the future and see if it's any better the second time around."

"Honestly terrible. The food was incredibly bland, no seasoning. Portion size was fine but the food didn't taste fresh. I would not order again. The bread is soggy, the sandwich I got, the CHICKEN CALIFORNIA, was bland, unseasoned, soggy and overall not good. The fries were plain, unseasoned, nothing special. Wish I had ordered Steak 'n Shake instead!"
