The Tuscan chicken sandwich fell apart when I picked it up, bread splitting in half. Usually the food we get there is delicious but this time it was highly disappointing. The Dasher also had to wait 20 minutes because and our order took an hour and a half from the time we ordered to when it got to our door. She said the restaurant was working on orders for dine-in customers first and the place wasn't that busy. "This is an addendum to my original review. The Crispy Crab Wontons(5) did not taste like crab nor was there anything resembling crab in them. Spicy Creamy Shrimp Taco(2) was the only dish right with this order. There were 5 little pieces of steak in the Grilled NY Steak Fried Rice if it was New York it was tough and 1 piece was a square of fat. The Short Rib Beef Ramen had 2 tiny pieces of rib meat on 2 very small thin bones. There were very few vegetables and it consisted mainly of dry cooked noodles. Very disappointing because my previous order from here was excellent. This also was pricey for a poorly done order. "

"The portions are HUGE!! I had enough chicken for 2-3 people. Everything was still hot and fresh when it got to me. The Haru Maki was so good and crispy. I loved the sauce that came with it. The Mushroom Soup was hot and flavorful. My only complaint is the Hibachi Chicken was a little dry and lacked flavor, but it was much better with the Yum Yum Sauce on it. "
